From what age can I examine your clinic? Can it be seen by elderly people?
(Is there age limited?)

There is no age limit for patients who think they need to diagnose or treat spinal diseases.

Are MRI and CT images taken elsewhere?

These image inspections are conducted at a partner image center within walking distance from our clinic.

Can be able to change the appointment date?

If you want to change the appointment date, please contact clinic.

Is there parking there?

Our clinic located in New Marunouchi Building ,you can use the building parking area.

I would like to request a medical record disclosure.

If you wish, medical records will be disclosed at this clinic or at affiliated hospitals where surgery is performed.

How do I apply for a medical certificate or insurance company certificate?

If you have already visited our clinic, you can create necessary documents such as medical certificate and certificate.

Do you provide medical care during off hours and holidays?

As a general rule, our clinic provides outpatient treatment every Wednesday afternoon and on the first, third and fifth Tuesday afternoons. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

Can I use a credit card or medical loan?

You can pay by credit card. You can use almost all major cards including VISA, Master, JCB, AMEX, Diners, DC, UFJ and Chinese UnionPay card. If a medical loan is signed between the patient and the loan company, the necessary documents can be created.

How many days does it take to diagnose?

Except for rare diseases (neurodegenerative diseases, tumors, etc.), diagnosis can be made on the day of the visit. The treatment policy is also explained on the same day.

What kind of clothes should I wear to go?

You can wear anything, if you could consider that you may need to put on and take off your clothes at the time of your examination.

Do I need a referral letter from a hospital that I visited before?

If you have a referral letter, you will be able to see and diagnose smoothly, so it is preferable to bring it with you. But it’s not must.

Can you support foreign languages?

Only English can be supported. If an interpreter is needed, the patient should arrange for it.
